The U.S. House of Representatives will revisit a procedural vote on July 16 to advance three pivotal cryptocurrency bills, following a failed attempt on Tuesday. Speaker Mike Johnson confirmed ongoing GOP negotiations after conservative opposition blocked the package in a 196-222 vote.

The legislative trio includes the GENIUS Act for stablecoin oversight, the CLARITY Act for crypto classification, and the Anti-CBDC Surveillance State Act barring a U.S. digital dollar. Johnson emphasized bipartisan White House and Senate alignment on the measures, though internal Republican dissent persists over bundling strategies.
